Since we didn't see anyone post any actual details about it we called! Just got off the phone with them. Cool couple who love music. They have a dj area set up because the owner likes to spin vinyl (awesome!) during business hours when times are slow. They have done a 2nd Saturday there before that went well.

Capacity is 50 people tops.
There are neighbors above the business who are chill but he doesn't want LOUD music, just chill after hours lounge type setting.
Parking area behind the building.
Smoking area out back as well.

We are heading over to check it out tomorrow and see what the actual spot looks like. The guy doesnt want to rent it out to anyone...just find someone who would be cool with a more chill atmosphere and maybe do some 2nd Saturday stuff with them.

Well I am glad someone finally called the owner to get a idea of what that spot is even capable of.

Went by today and met the guy...hella chill. All his details were correct. It really isn't for throwing any big parties but perfect for a small 50 person or less get together.
